The Bethlehem Banksy Shop was the inspiration of the Elabed Family. A portion of the income goes to their 'Gifts of Giving' program which provides gifts for children at local refugee camps during Muslim and Christian holidays.

Banksy is a mysterious United Kingdom-based graffiti artist and political activist whose work has been showing up in many of the world’s trouble spots, including Palestine.

He has a distinctive style of stencilling, and features social and political commentary brought to life in visual form.

Bansky’s work in Palestine is featured on homes and walls, especially the infamous ‘Separation Barrier’ built by Israel.
